Innobrix Studio

When you log into Innobrix Studio, you will see a number of icons on the left side of the screen. Whether you have access to all functionalities of the environment depends on your purchased license with us, as well as your role.

Innobrix has 4 roles:

  • Company Manager / The system role that has the most rights and access. Usually suitable for the BIM Modeler who manages projects and models.
  • Account Manager / The system role developed specifically for the Plan Configurator. Can use but not manage models.
  • Agent / The system role with the least privileges, but has access to the leads, configurations and (exclusively) chat sections of Innobrix.
  • User / Any visitor, or assigned buyer to a Property. Can only configure Homes and save and/or submit configurations.

Models​

Home types​

Here you can create House types that are reusable and also shareable with other users of Innobrix.

BIM Publishers​

Here you can create BIM Publisher type projects. (In these projects Configurables can never be used).

Home Configurators​

On this page it is possible to create Home configurator projects. In this type of project both Models and Configurables can be used.

Plan configurators​

On this page it is possible to create Planconfigurator projects and plans. In this type of project both Models and Configurables can be used.

Configurations​

This page provides an overview of all saved configurations of users and visitors of the projects you have built in Innobrix.

Homes​

Here it is possible for buyer support to invite (potential) buyers to the composition of their own home and thus link them to a Build Number.

Leads​

Here you can retrieve all leads or offer requests submitted to your Innobrix projects.

Analytics​

On this page you can view a wide range of different statistics related to your own Innobrix projects.

Chat​

This page is only available and accessible to Buyer Supervisors who (optionally) want to chat with the people who have been assigned their property.

Integrations​

The integrations page can be used to obtain an API key to communicate with various ERP or CRM packages, such as VolgJeWoning, for example.
