Innobrix Studio
When you log in to Innobrix Studio you will see a set of icons on the left.
Whether you can access all functionality depends on your license with us and your role.
Innobrix has four roles:

Company Manager / The role with the most permissions. Typically suited for the BIM modeler who manages projects and models.

Account Manager / The role built for the Plan Configurator. Can use models but not manage them.

Agent / The role with the fewest permissions, but has access to leads, configurations, and (exclusive) chat sections of Innobrix.

User / A visitor or assigned buyer to a Home. Can only configure Homes and save and/or submit configurations.
Models
On this page you can upload models without options.
Supported file formats: IBX, OBJ (with accompanying .mtl file and textures), FBX, and GLB.
Configurables
On this page you can upload models with options. Option lists (and therefore options) can be assigned to Configurables. IBX files are required for Configurables.
Home Types
Here you can create Home Types that are reusable and shareable with other Innobrix users. They are essentially Models or Configurables with predefined options and properties.
Terrains
On the Terrains page you can upload 3D models that function as a 3D base layer for your BIM Publisher or Home Configurator project. Terrains do not contain libraries: all models uploaded here share materials.
BIM Publishers
Here you can create BIM Publisher projects. (Configurables cannot be used in these projects.) Publications can be set up quickly for your buyer. This project type is ideal for bespoke homes that you want to communicate easily to a buyer or other party. For example, you can export GLB from SketchUp, import it into Innobrix, and share it in just a few minutes.
Home Configurators
On this page you can create Home Configurator projects. These projects can use both Models and Configurables. Home Configurator projects include models with options that visitors (often buyers) can choose from. They can save their chosen options and sometimes submit them. The Home Configurator can also be used as a lead generator to collect visitor contact details via a quote form.
Plan Configurators
On this page you can create Plan Configurator projects and plans. These projects can use Models, Configurables, and Home Types. Plan Configurator projects are useful early in plan development or for participation with local communities. For example, you can visualize an urban plan within available 3D BAG data or realistic Google 3D Map Tiles.
Configurations
This page provides an overview of all saved configurations (option choices) from users and visitors of your Innobrix projects. From here you can view, delete, download as CSV or JSON, and approve configurations. Approved configurations show the home with the options active.
Homes
Here buyer support can invite (potential) buyers to assemble their own home and link them to a Innobrix construction number. This also enables the Buyer Support (Agent) to chat with the buyer of that lot if desired.
Leads
Here you can find all leads or quote requests submitted to your Innobrix projects. You can collect leads by enabling the "Has Leads" property on Home Configurator projects. This lets the project capture visitor contact details, turning it into a sales tool.
Analytics
On this page you can view a wide range of statistics related to your Innobrix projects.
Chat
This page is only available to Buyer Support users who optionally want to chat with people assigned to their home.
Integrations
The Integrations page can be used to obtain an API key to communicate with various ERP or CRM packages, such as VolgJeWoning.
