VolgJeWoning

The integration Innobrix - VolgJeWoning

Inviting buyers through the Homes page

If you are using the integration with VolgJeWoning for a project you need to invite your buyers through the VolgJeWoning portal and NOT through the regular Homes page in the Studio environment of Innobrix. Saving and/or submitting options may not function properly otherwise.

If the software 'VolgJeWoning` is used, it is possible to integrate Innobrix as a plug-in within this software.

Using this integration, it is possible to:

  • Connect option lists (prices and descriptions) between VolgJeWoning and Innobrix.
  • Connect buyers from VolgJeWoning to existing construction numbers in Innobrix.
  • Buyers can directly access their own home in 3D via their VolgJeWoning account.
  • Buyers can submit options in Innobrix where an approved configuration can be read in VolgJeWoning.
Setting up in VolgJeWoning

To set up the Innobrix integration, please refer to VolgJeWoning.

  • An active API key in Innobrix.
  • An existing project in Innobrix.
  • Homes provided with a Construction number(s).
  • An Option list linked to a model in Innobrix used in the plan.
  • For proper linking between the Options, it is important that the Option codes in FollowYourHome and Innobrix match exactly.

Workflow

The integration ensures that the Options lists in a project within Innobrix can be found by VolgJeWoning. Before you start, it is therefore necessary to have an option list linked to your model in Innobrix. In principle an option list is already automatically created and linked in Innobrix as soon as a model is uploaded.

However, this option list starts empty. You now have a few options:

  1. You can manually complete this Option List in Innobrix and then read the options in VolgJeWoning.
  2. You can import an option list into Innobrix via a CSV file and read it out in VolgJeWoning.
  3. You can create an option list in VolgJeWoning and forward these options (descriptions, prices) to Innobrix.

In all cases, you want to make sure that your options always have a completed Optioncode that allows the options to be recognised and modified in both platforms.

Considerations

Of course, it need not be the case that all options that are available to be chosen, are processed in (the model of) Innobrix. It is a fine approach that you choose, for example, to include only the larger constructive options in Innobrix and that you let the buyer choose additional finishing options within VolgJeWoning.
