Log in as user

For buyer guidance it can be useful to adjust buyers' configurations or chosen options. Innobrix lets you impersonate a buyer or user within your own Innobrix environment without sharing passwords or login details.

You can do this from both the Configurations and Homes pages. You can always impersonate users with the User role, and also colleagues with the same or lower system role than yours.

Click the icon under Actions. A new browser tab opens and takes you directly to the correct configuration or lot. You can then make the desired changes on their behalf.

The regular profile icon changes to and turns hot pink to indicate you are logged in as someone else.

This feature allows buyer guidance to make changes on behalf of buyers regarding selected options.
