Project type

Types of projects

Innobrix uses 3 'types' of projects. The modules available depends on the licence purchased. All available projects can be found on the Dashboard. You can then use the Search, Sort and Filter fields to show structure within this page.

BIM Publisher

The BIM Publisher is Innobrix's entry-level model and offers the possibility to publish (static) BIM models online. Unlike the House Configurator and Plan Configurator, the BIM Publisher makes no uses the Libraries from which models are made available. In contrast, you can view the BIM Publisher as a standalone Library.

Home configurator

The Home Configurator is the project type where a (potential) buyer can start putting together his or her home. This is done on on the basis of dynamic configuration options. In principle, you start here by creating Libraries where you manage your models and enable options. Housing configurator projects are a 'shell' around this.

Home configurator projects can draw from content from both the Models and Configurables libraries.

Plan configurator

The Planconfigurator is a project type that, in terms of building up your Libraries functions in a similar way to the House Configurator but where the Plan Editor and Viewer differs substantially from the House Configurator. The Plan Configurator is primarily intended to smoothly develop plans on the basis of current location data, with this project type also having access to 3D BAG data.

Creating projects
  • BIM Publisher and House configurator projects can only be created within the Projects page in the Studio.
  • Plan Configurator projects (and plans) can only be created within the Plans page in the Studio.
