Credits & Slots

Depending on the license you have purchased from us, you have an x number of credits and/or slots available to use within Innobrix. These credits and slots are usually used within the purchased Innobrix modules.

Innobrix offers the following modules:

  • BIM Publisher
  • Home configurator
  • Plan Configurator
  • Shared Library

What are credits?​

Credit: A credit is a single-use Home and is *only counted in the Home Configurator. Homes placed in the BIM Publisher or Plan Configurator do NOT count towards your balance.

Example: A Home Configurator 25 has 25 House credits.

Important details​

  • A credit is counted as soon as a Homes' property status is set to "Available".
  • A newly placed Home status defaults to "Unavailable".
  • If a Home with the status "Available" is duplicated, the duplicated Home gets the status "Unavailable" so a credit is not immediately deducted from the balance.
  • The Home Configurator Viewer does not allow the configuration of "Unavailable" Homes for anonymous and standard users (existing functionality)*.
  • The Home Configurator Viewer does allow the configuration of "Unavailable" Homes for users that are from the company that manages the Homes*. This allows the Home Configurator to always be shared within an organization.
  • A used credit is not returned if a Home is changed from "Available" to another status.
  • If a Homes' property 'status' is set to "Available" and 1 credit is used, then set to "Not Available" or another status, and then set to "Available" again, then 1 credit is not charged again. Thus it is recorded whether a Home has consumed a credit.
  • A message is shown if the credit balance is insufficient when the status of a property is set to "Available".

What are slots?​

Slot: A slot is a reusable project/plan and is used in the BIM Publisher and Plan Configurator. Slots are NEVER used in the Home Configurator.

If you only purchased the Shared Library Module from us you do not have to deal with credits & slots, only the license fee.

Balance​

You can always view your balance of credits and slots in the Profile flyout.
