Credits & Slots

Depending on the license you purchased, you have a certain number of credits and/or slots available in Innobrix. These are used within the Innobrix modules.

Innobrix offers these modules:

  • BIM Publisher
  • Home Configurator
  • Plan Configurator
  • Shared Library

What are credits?​

Credit: A credit is a one-time usable Home and only counts in the Home Configurator. Homes placed in BIM Publisher or Plan Configurator do NOT consume credits.

Example: A Home Configurator 25 has 25 Home credits.

Important details​

  • A credit is counted when a Home status is set to "Available".
  • A newly placed Home status defaults to "Not available".
  • If a Home with status "Available" is duplicated, the duplicate gets status "Not available" so a credit is not immediately consumed.
  • The Home Configurator Viewer does not allow configuring "Not available" Homes for anonymous and standard users.
  • The Home Configurator Viewer does allow configuring "Not available" Homes for users in the company that manages the Homes, so the configurator can always be shared internally.
  • A used credit is not returned if a Home is changed from "Available" to another status.
  • If a Home is set to "Available" (consuming 1 credit), then set to "Not available" or another status, and later back to "Available", no additional credit is charged. Whether a Home consumed a credit is recorded.
  • A warning is shown if the credit balance is insufficient when setting a Home to "Available".

What are slots?​

Slot: A slot is a reusable project/plan used in BIM Publisher and Plan Configurator. Slots are NOT used in the Home Configurator.

Shared Library Module

If you only purchased the Shared Library Module, you do not use credits or slots�only the license cost applies.

Balance​

You can always view your credit and slot balance via the Profile flyout.
