Lead generation

When creating a Home Configurator or BIM Publisher project, you can choose to enable the field Has Leads. This applies the Lead Generation functionality for that specific project.

Side note

This functionality is not available for Planconfigurator projects.

Turning this functionality on makes it no longer possible to _submit Configurations within this project. It is of course still possible for a buyer to save Configurations.

What does the Lead Generation functionality do?

The Lead Generation functionality enables visitors to your project to make contact by means of a Request Quote button present in the Viewer.

After the buyer clicks this button, the menu below will appear. Here the buyer is prompted to leave his or her contact details so that this visitor can be contacted on his or her own initiative.

Request Quote

Once 'Send' is clicked, a PDF will be generated of the current configuration of the home and will be emailed to the buyer along with a link to the Viewer where the model is assembled in that particular configuration.

Setting up the Lead Generation functionality

For each Home Configurator or BIM Publisher project, the field Has Leads can be ticked. This field can be found under the Project Change menu present with each project of the previously mentioned types.

Once the Has Leads field is checked, the following fields should be provided with (contact) information:

Contactinfo

The above fields are used when (automatically) sending the e-mail to the configurator visitor who has left his/her her contact details.

Below is an example:

Example Email

Retrieve or view leads

The leads left behind can be found within the Innobrix dashboard, specifically the Leads page. Here you will find the abandoned contact details of the visitor to your project.

The Leads Page

You can use the ... to view a lead's chosen options, download the corresponding PDF or go directly to the Viewer of that specific configuration. Finally, you can also delete leads when they are not relevant (anymore).
