Price differentiation
What is price differentiation?
Since Innobrix release 6.31, it is now possible to adjust the option prices per home in a Home Configurator or Plan Configurator. Use cases could include location-specific homes, where the technical specifications are the same for all homes, but the prices may vary depending on the location. Or, for example, the price of an extension may differ if a home is an corner house, based on the same Configurable.
In principle, the basic option prices of a home are still determined by the Configurable associated with it.
You can apply price differentiation in various places in Innobrix:
- Within the Home Configurator
- Within the Plan Configurator
- Within the Home Type Editor (see also: Home Type Editor)
Where can I override prices or apply price differentiation?
In the plan editor of the relevant Home Configurator or Plan Configurator project, select a Home that has options.
In the case of a Home Configurator, click on €
to open the price differentiation screen. For a Plan Configurator plan, click on Edit prices
to open the same screen.
The prices as set in the Configurable are displayed in light grey. Click on a field in which this price is listed and then enter the desired price. (It is also possible to enter negative prices.) Prices that are displayed in bold have been overwritten.
You can click on the icon to restore the price to its original state.
